      McDonald's cut their pickles more evenly than you did. Not impressed by your sauce. Meat was okay but you made the burger 10 times more expensive.

    Your beef facts are off.
    American beef is not wagyu. All japanese beef is wagyu. Kobe is wagyu but not all wagyu is kobe. Kobe is a specific brand representing a ranching region in Japan. Among all wagyu the kuroge washu is the breed famous for its quality meat. "American wagyu" is a marketing term to denote black angus heards that have been crossbred with the kuroge washu wagyu cattle in the past. Im personally performing a side by side of a4 & a5 japanese wagyu compared to various "american wagyu" and using prime as a control/reference point.

    I don't cook in the kitchen at all, I will bbq outside all day long. Well let me tell you Sam, I got into the kitchen and made these Sam Big Mac Attacks and my kids never want a McD's Big Mac's again.     Actually, from a person who has worked a total of 5+ years at McDonald's, the build is as such: Heel, sauce, lettuce, onions, cheese, patty, club, sauce, lettuce, pickle, patty, crown.

    OH, and after you put all your meat through the grinder, you should run a few slices of bread through. That will help with getting every last bit of meat, and help to do a quick clean on your grinder, before you wash it. :)

    Dude you gotta pay more attention to your hygiene! No matter how high the quality of beef is there is still a risk of harmful bacteria. You shouldn't be touching the buns while messing around with the raw beef.

    I’m no expert but Im pretty sure you just wasted the Waygu beef. It’s expensive bcuz of the fatty marveling but you just minced it. Just get regular beef and mince it with beef fat.

    Wagyu is the breed. Kobe is the region in Japan where they are raised. American Kobe is usually a cross breeding of certified angus beef with Japanese wagyu

    Wagyu translates literally to Japanese beef. Kobe is prefecture in Japan and Kobe beef derives its name from the cattle raised in that area.

    Ok I’m sorry but this is a shame. You don’t use wagyu beef when creating ground beef. Wagyu beef was design to have a high fat to beef ratio for STEAK not ground beef. If you want a higher fat ratio then you just add fat to your grind

    Holy. Wagyu is *not* the American version of Kobe, ffs. Wagyu is Japanese, and it is a breed of cow, Wagyū literally translates to "Japanese beef". Kobe is a region in Japan where they go over the top with their Wagyū breeding techniques, and the beef is supposedly great because of their high standards. Americans took the breed of cow, imported it, and then butchered the high Japanese quality and just sell lower quality Wagyu for 5x the price of a good Angus cut (which are very good, honestly) and then these kind of things happen, like people calling Wagyu the American version of Kobe.
    So. Wagyu is Japanese. All Kobe is Wagyu, not all Wagyu is Kobe. Also, there are quality standards in Japan. Also, the Wagyu you generally get in the States is *sort of* Wagyu, as in, they imported a Wagyu cow long ago, bred it with lower quality standards, and sell it for 5x times the price. Rant over, sorry for the long post. I enjoy your videos. Also, why in the fuck did I not win that Evo.
